  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
