  • ¾ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups toffee baking bits
