  • ¼ cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped raw almonds
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fat free Italian-style dressing
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
