  • ¾ cup butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
