  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (1.12 ounce) package McCormick® Cheesy Taco Seasoning Mix
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
