Ingredients

  • 1 (3 to 3 1/2 pound) whole chicken
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ Moroccan seasoning blend rub
  • ½ orange, quartered
  • ½ small onion, peeled and quartered
