  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
