  • 1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup dry red wine
