  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup confectioners' sugar

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  • 2 mangos, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • ⅓ cup confectioners' sugar for dusting

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Sift flour and 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar into a large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in egg yolks with enough water to form a ball.
