  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup creme fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons Maille® Honey Dijon Mustard
  • Pinch of orange zest
  • 2 cups crushed vanilla cookies
  • 1 stick butter, melted
