  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup canned sliced mushrooms

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
