  • 6 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
