  • 1 ⅓ cups Prosecco (Italian sparkling white wine)
  • 1 cup limoncello liqueur
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can club soda, or as needed
  • ¼ cup coarse sugar, or as needed
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 4 lemon slices, for garnish
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

  • Chill Prosecco, limoncello, and soda water. Place glasses in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before using.
