  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup water
  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ cup orange juice

  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, 3/4 cup oil and 3/4 cup water. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
