  • 1 zucchini, halved and sliced
  • 6 baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 small bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 (12 ounce) package no-yolk egg noodles
  • 1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Rub olive oil over chicken tenders.
