  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
  • ⅓ cup pine nuts
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 6 (6 ounce) flat iron steaks
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Chop garlic cloves in a food processor until minced. Add basil and pine nuts and pulse a few times to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
