  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 3 green onions, chopped

  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground sumac
