  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ¼ cups part-skim ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach or arugula, coarsely chopped
  • 3 cups trumpet-shaped pasta (campanelle), cooked and drained
