  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 pounds boneless pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
