  • 2 (16 ounce) packages Regular Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups diced onions
  • ¾ cup diced or coarsely grated carrots
  • 1 ½ cups diced celery
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (15 ounce) package herbed dry bread cubes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
