  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons red velvet emulsion (such as Lorann®)

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
