  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 cups vegetable stock
  • ½ cup heavy cream (Optional)

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
