  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • ½ pound sliced deli ham
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
