  • 9 dried pequin peppers, seeded
  • 4 dried arbol peppers, seeded
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ground paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
