  • 1 (4 ounce) package BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 6 tablespoons multi-colored sprinkles
