  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ cup dry white wine (such as Chardonnay)
  • ½ cup cream
  • ¼ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder

  • ¼ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
