  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro or parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • ¾ teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1 ⅛ teaspoons pepper, divided
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
