  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ white onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 pound haddock fillets
  • 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, drained
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil.
