  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
