  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ground chipotle chiles
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • salt and pepper to taste
