  • 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 ½ cups golden raisins
  • 1 ½ cups chopped cranberries
