  • ⅛ teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon water, or more as needed
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 (5 ounce) container puffed rice cereal, preferably whole-grain
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups finely chopped walnuts, divided

  • Combine 2 ounces cream cheese, blue cheese, and vinegar in a small bowl. Add water, stir until creamy, and transfer to a larger bowl.
