  • 3 pounds heirloom tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lime juice

  • Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until translucent, about 5 minutes.
