  • ¾ cup teriyaki sauce
  • ⅔ cup dry sherry
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 6 (6 ounce) swordfish steaks
