  • 2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • ½ (10 ounce) bag chocolate chips (Optional)

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
