  • 3 garlic scapes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice, or more to taste
  • ⅛ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon snipped garlic chives (Optional)
