  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 cups bread crumbs

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
