  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces

  • Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
