  • 2 (4 ounce) links Italian sausage, casings removed

  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

  • 2 medium peaches, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
  • 1 ½ cups arugula
  • ¼ cup microgreens

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
