  • ½ cup wheat germ
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup shelled pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup chopped cashews
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup rolled wheat
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 ¼ cups honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Preheat oven to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
