  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup granular sucrolose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin powder
