  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 6 ounces skinless, boneless salmon, sliced
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro, or to taste
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir leek in butter until slightly softened, 6 to 7 minutes; season with salt.
