  • ¼ cup butter, divided
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs

  • ⅔ cup shredded pepperjack cheese
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, minced

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Butter a small casserole dish.
