  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
