  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
