  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package uncooked spaghetti
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese (Optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping (Optional)
