  • 1 pound peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
