  • ½ (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 sprigs cilantro for garnish
