  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise*
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
