Ingredients

  • 1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
